The Palm Centre Promo Codes & Coupons November 2026

Nice plants, slightly slow delivery

I purchased a Trachycarpus fortunei and a couple of those Glazed Pots. The palm itself is robust and healthy, very much as pictured on the site, which was a relief. The pots are good quality too. My only minor gripe was the delivery time; it took just over a week for the items to arrive, which felt a little long compared to other online nurseries I've used. Still, everything was well-packed and arrived undamaged. Good value for what I paid, but perhaps they could speed up shipping a bit.

Solid order for a Tree Fern

I bought a Dicksonia antarctica, a Tree Fern Feed, and some Specialist Compost. The ordering process was straightforward on their website; I found everything easily. Delivery took about 6 days to get to my place in Ohio, which is reasonable for a live plant of that size. The packaging for the tree fern was impressive, very secure. The plant arrived in excellent condition. Customer support was responsive when I inquired about winter care for it. Overall, a positive experience.

Consistent quality over time

This was my third order from The Palm Centre. I picked up a Chamaerops humilis this time around, along with some Palm Fertilizer. As usual, the plant arrived in excellent condition, well-rooted, and vibrantly green. Their packaging is consistently good, and I appreciate that. I keep coming back because I know I'll get quality plants and reliable delivery without any fuss. They've been very consistent with all my purchases.

Good little plant

I ordered an Olea europaea from here last week. It arrived pretty fast, like four days later, which was cool. The plant itself looked healthy, no squished leaves or anything. It's sitting on my patio now and looks great. Definitely happy with it.

Consistent plant quality

This was my third order from The Palm Centre. I've bought Musa basjoo and some Olive Trees before, and this time it was a Chamaerops humilis. Each time, the plants arrive looking strong and healthy, which is why I keep coming back. Packaging is always secure, and lead times are pretty consistent with what they advertise. It's reassuring to know what to expect.

Healthy plant, fast shipping

Bought a Dicksonia antarctica. It arrived looking great. Shipped quickly within a few days. Happy with the purchase.

Great value on my purchase

I was looking for an Italian Cypress and stumbled upon The Palm Centre. I signed up for their newsletter and got 10% off my first order, which was a nice surprise. The plant arrived well-packaged and looks very healthy. Considering the size and quality, plus the discount, I felt like I got a really good deal. Definitely worth what I paid.

Good quality, delivery could improve

I ordered a Trachycarpus fortunei and some specialist compost. The palm arrived in really good condition, nicely packaged, and looked healthy. The compost was also fresh. Delivery took about 8 days to reach me in California, which felt a bit long, especially for live plants, but everything survived the journey well. Customer service answered my email about care instructions within 24 hours. The prices were fair, not the cheapest but you get good quality. I'd buy again, but maybe for items I'm not in a rush to receive.

Great value on my first order

I was looking for an Olea europaea and saw The Palm Centre had a decent price during their summer garden event. I got about 20% off which made it a much better deal than other nurseries I checked. The olive tree I received was a good size for the money, and it seemed very robust. Shipping wasn't free, but the discount balanced it out. It was my first time buying from them, and I felt I got good value for what I paid. The plant looks great in my garden.

Detailed experience with a Tree Fern

I decided to order a Dicksonia antarctica after reading up on them. The ordering process online was straightforward enough, though I had a small hiccup with a pop-up ad that obscured part of the page. Once ordered, I got a confirmation email pretty quickly. They sent updates when it shipped, and it took about a week to get to my home in Texas. The tree fern was packaged very well, secured in a large box with plenty of protection around the crown. Unboxing it, the plant looked incredibly healthy with no signs of stress or damage from transit. I also picked up some Tree Fern Feed, and the instructions on the product page were helpful for application. I planted it a few days ago, and it's already unfurling a new frond. Overall, a solid experience, though perhaps adding specific care tips directly on the packing slip would be a nice touch.
